“Is the back of the case textured or grippy? I have a case now that's great protection and buttons, but the back of the dang thing is slippery! Thx!”

This case isn't slippery. It's a soft rubber so it has grip and has groves to help you grip it better. It's not like a hard plastic case

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The rear of the Otterbox is "grippy" in that it is textured and has divided lines down the case. Prior to buying Otterbox for the last 10 years, large, small, case, Samsung, Apple for the kids, I did try some other cases that cost the same, and explained the same specs. However, they were not apple to apple's, and I did have a slippage problem because the case was smooth and slick. Thus, the Otterbox, provides grip, and other mitigation ways to assist in holding, sliding and protecting our investments.
