We've been using the Otterbox with all our phones in the last few years. Never had any trouble with any phone even after dropping them several times over the years. Definitely love that it come with a belt clip that many of the competitors don't. The fit is perfect and has a good gripping edge to hold on to. The only negative is there is no screen cover for our particular phone(Samsung Galaxy Note 10+) because of the curved screen! Would definitely recommend this to anyone who want to protect their very expensive phones!

Otterbox Note 10+ case fits very well, snug, and feels thin and protective, but for some reason I have a hard time getting it to charge on my Seneo wireless fast charger without taking the case off and putting it back on or taking the case off period. This is the ONLY reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It's unlike my other Otterbox case that is the exact same as this one, except it's for the Galaxy S10+. The S10+ case is the same thickness on the S10+ as the Note 10+ case on the Note 10+, but this same Otterbox case will not charge on the same fast charger as you see from the pictures. You should get the case, but make sure it charges with the case on with wireless chargers and you won't be sure until it's put on your charger so take care of the case, packaging and receipt just in case you have to bring or send it back. The S10+ is the one with the water on the screen; whereas, the Note 10+ is the phone with the red rose's on the screen. You see the S10+ charges and the Note 10+ does not charge, but both are there save thickness.

Fits perfect! Great protection and helps from "slippage" and makes holding my phone much easier. The perfect protection case for my Samsung Galaxy Note10 Plus! And, was a fantastic sale price, too!!! Otterbox never disappoints, and I was SO GLAD my local BestBuy had this in stock!! Their curbside pickup left a LOT to be desired, but that doesn't take away from the fantastic value of the product that I purchased. Great purchase, great product, easy to put together with and on my Samsung Galaxy Note10 Plus. Holster that comes with it is a huge bonus, too!!

Love the case. Not too bulky but all the protection. You can literally throw your phone on the ground and your phone will be okay. I have been using it without a screen protector and haven't even scratched my phone. I have a Samsung Note 10+.

I will only buy otterbox for my phones. On my previous note 8 I went to get gas for my minivan. I left the phone on top and drove off. When I got home I thought I left it inside the gas station. I was driving 55 mph and heard a thump, I saw my phone flying in the air. I pulled over expecting a pile of plastic. The phone only had a small crack in glass. I have a picture attached. Not bad for 55 mph drop.. it continues to work. Now I have the otterbox for my new note10 plus. I recommend this to everyone

Sturdy case. Multiple layers of coverage. I love that it can be clipped on to a belt or pocket. Well made and definitely lives up to the outstanding Ottor Box quality. I would definitely recommend this purchase. Especially good for delivery personnel and truck drivers.

I have had many different phones throughout the years and tried different cases too. In the end I still swear by the quality and protection that Otter Box provides....it gives you great peace of mind knowing your investment is protected . And now more than ever a phone has become an investment .

I love the fit of this compared to previous models. It seems more slender. It has already gotten a gash in the outer coating mysteriously, so that is a bit disappointing. Overall, it is functioning as it is supposed to so far.

I have already dropped my phone twice and the screen did not break or anything else.

Very convenient .I love this phone .I do not need a laptop computer anymore.Having a phone like this you do not need to have a camera. Thanks to Samsung Galaxy Note 10 plus.

I've always been a huge fan of otterbox. Had nothing but otterbox cases for my previous phones and I never had issues. Anyways, I dropped my phone as I was holding it in my hand, my arm was down. The phone fell maybe a foot away from the ground and it cracked the back of my phone. I am so disappointed.

I really like how this phone case seems to be extremely protective, but it isn't too bulky. I do think it is a little pricey considering the component materials, but really I guess most phone cases are expensive, and I've gotten way less quality in other phone cases at almost the same price; I do feel there is great quality here though. There's an inner frame that encapsulates the phone (not covering the screen) so that it doesn't fall out of the rubber trim for drop protection. It seems to be just the right size in my opinion, and it even helps to feel like you have a considerably better grip. A couple features I really like is that the plastic/polymer phone holster belt clip can be rotated at any angle and the belt clip can be used as a kickstand, that I think is just the right angle for my Note 10+. The way the kickstand clicks and stays into place seems like it could potentially wear out after a lot/heavy amount of use, but I don't think there should be any worry there since I'm sure this is covered by the lifetime warranty. Lastly, I think the belt holster itself is the perfect size (not too bulky), so much so that I normally leave the holster on the phone when I use it and I basically use the belt clip as a pop socket hand grip of sorts. Overall great quality!

Horrible purchase, This otter Box defender does not protect at all my phone was Fully sealed inside the case and is still managed to crack my New phone, I've had multiple otterbox in the past and they were all great, But not this One, Save your money.

Much like OtterBox's previous iterations of the defender case, this one provides excellent all around protection. With IP rated phones, gone are the days of needing a waterproof case to protect your investment, so enter the defender pro. I much prefer the texturing on the rear or the defender pro to that of the regular defender. The clips of the inner shell fill solid, and coupled with the cushioning, keep the device firmly in place. The outer cover feels much tighter and grippier than it did in previous years with the defender case, as well as allowing for a much more tactile feel with the buttons. All in all, it is a solid purchase for anyone looking to protect their expensive Note 10+ device. With all this, I do however have to small complaints. First, I don't necessarily like how much of the rear or the phone is left uncovered around the cut out for the S pen. While I feel that it is a non issue when dropping your device on smooth ground, I do feel that if you were to drop your device on gravel or other loose ground, there is the possibility of something cracking the rear glass. Lastly, I feel that while this case offers excellent protection and a wonderful in hand experience, the price is far to high. Yes it offers the antimicrobial coating, but that does not merit a $60 price point.

Otterbox Defender Samsung Galaxy Note 10+ is what you come to expect. It's the only case that comes with a belt clip with top notch protection. It is pricey, however, with what you spend for the phone it offers the best protection. Wireless charging works fine (with newer wireless chargers). The device wireless charging (using phone to charge other devices) doesn't work. The case is relatively easy to get off, takes a little attention getting it on. Purchase it at Best Buy, they will install it for free. This case does not come with a screen protector. Not a deal breaker as the phone came with one pre-installed.

Unless your phone lands face down on a pile of rocks this case will save it. Case snaps together tightly and holds phone secure in rubber. It does make a thin phone thick but with a Note 10 Plus selling for over a grand retail, why would you not protect it? Just part of ownership in my opinion. Being rubber it does make it much easier to hold but much harder to remove from a pocket. The latter being an annoyance on one hand but a savior on the other that it won't come out of a pocket too easily. A rubber flap covers the charging port and keeps out dirt as well as water. Buttons work fine. Not too hard to push. I've had cases that made the buttons almost impossible to push. They were returned of course. ;-) Only thing you need to watch out for is to make sure that when you snap your phone in the holster that is snapped in secure. A nice loud click. Just a soft click and it will pop out of the holster unexpectedly. Like when you are walking. You would likely hear it hitting a hard surface if ambient noise isn't too loud but if you are on grass on in the woods you might not hear it hit the ground and not miss it until you're far away from where it fell and you have lost it. So click it like it's a seatbelt!!

I've been using Otter Box cases ever since I got my first Note series phone, the Note 3 about 6-7 years ago. The case fits like a glove and protects the phone as it should against drops, dust and light dampness (backside mostly). This is the first one that I have used that doesn't have a built in plastic screen protector so I was a bit skeptical but it works good (in addition with a glass screen protector). I can't really comment on the "Pro" aspect being "Germ Resistant" but nonetheless I do like the added design on this one vs the normal one. Only thing I do wish would change is the plastic belt clip holder as they always seem to break after a few months.
