“Does this case come with the holster? I seen a video on YouTube saying it didn't. That you could get one for free. Why would they do that 😕”

They used to all come with one, but people weren't using them. So it's just cheaper to only give it to people who will use it. Although I wish they lowered the price bc it doesnt already come with one.

I'm happy that they don't include it in the box, because a lot of people, like me, would just throw it in a drawer or the trash. I prefer to stick my phone in my pocket. Hopefully by cutting waste otterbox can hold the line on price increases a little.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just saw the answer to this in a resposne from Otterbox on their website today: They are trying to reduce waste. Lots of customers never use the holster. So they are putting a coupon in the packaging you can use to claim one if you want, but for folks that never planned to use it (I've had two defender cases and never use it), the plastic doesn't end up in a landfill.
