If you call the Otterbox warranty company, they will give you a new case and everything that came with your Otterbox case for nine dollars. If you go to the Otterbox website scroll down toward the bottom, you’ll see Warranty and click on that.

Please try again later.If you go to the Otterbox website and go to the Warranty section, you can file a warranty claim and they send you a brand new phone case exactly iasthe one you have for 12.99 + tax You’ll just have to take a picture of what is broken and send that in also. I’ve been doing this for over 10 years. Otterbox really does stand by their products.
