Very easy to remove & replace the S-Pen. This is my 4th Samsung with a S-pen and its the easiest to remove.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No difficulties even for me with large hands. I use pinkie to eject & pull out with finger nail. Case looks like it might even prevent a total loss of the pen as I have found mine ejected but still in the pen holder..guessing since pen was flush with edge of case it prevented it from snagging on anything.
