• No. It’s probably being paired just because it will keep liquids cold or hot for a long time, but an open flame would probably damage the vacuum seal or even cause it to explode.

• It is made of double walled stainless steel. I believe it would be fine. You could go to Otterbox website, they may be able to answer fro sure.
