I don’t recall it having one. But even with the defender series I take the plastic off and install tempered glass. It has more protection and won’t cloud like plastic does.

No this case does not have a screen protector you will have to purchase a Zagg screen protector and make sure it’s case friendly so the edges don’t bubble and peel.

I don't know if it's the same kind but there is a solid screen cover over the screen. It's been dropped, sharp objects dropped on it, fallen out of a car (not moving), and used by kids (the most damaging) and no major scratches. I think there is a light scratch after several years of use on my old one that neither affected the screen or touch screen. I would recommend it and everyone I've seen with one told me the same.
