• Yes it does but the cover feels weak due to the soft rubber material. It feels like it will break after awhile of opening and closing often especially at the end where it bends.

• Yes, there is a cover along the bottom edge of the case. It goes from the right side of the charging port almost all the way to the left side of the phone.
