The Otter boxes are the best cases for protection of your phone. I have a larger otter box for my Apple Note 7+; I also purchased a thinner otter box for my nephew's Apple 8 phone, which he is very happy with. He's dropped his phone several times without incurring any damage to his phone. I've dropped my phone a few times as well, without incurring damage to my phone either.
