• Thank you. I called Ott lite customer support and they told me the 12 is not supported.

• I have a 10 iPhone and it works with no issues. You may want to unplug and plug it back in first. Secondly, I would power down your phone and then place the phone on the charger. it is possible that it is a faulty product and you can certainly return it for a new one if that is the case.
