- Answer Despite the claim by OttLite Customer Service, I see no way to control the lights individually. They are both controlled by a single switch, with 4 brightness levels.

QuestionThe previous question was not whether there is a usb port. That is known. It was whether the device holder must be attached. Does the lamp even include the device holder?

- Answer Device holder is not integral to the lamp, it clamps on. It is stacked last and is not required.
