• My ring finger is a size 8 so that’s what I was looking at when I went to the store. I ended up needing a size 10 to fit my pointer finger so I would size up!

• Yes! It’s recommended to use the sizing kit and wear the rings for atleast 24 hours to accommodate for swelling in fit. However, it took me a few days to realize when a size was too small.
