It honestly depends on your bestbuy staff. Some may take it back and charge a restocking fee to return the item, and refund you. Others will only offer to give you the same ring at no cost since you are on a 2 year warranty. Technically it only covers the replacement of your Ring 4 with an identical ring 4 but it doesn’t hurt to try! Worst they can say is no.

We've used the two-year guarantee to replace items that were either damaged or not working properly. In doing that, we've replaced it with something that was either a little bit more expensive or an upgraded version of what we were turning in by offering to pay the difference for the newer item.
