• Hi Not the actual card. You will receive an email to print the card information or save to your mobile to scan the barcode when used. Either way it works.

• You will get an email that will explain how to redeem your digital certificate. You will need to click View, then copy and paste the number provided into the Merchant's website purchase page, i.e., Outback, Instacart, Doordash.
