• I was able to speak to installer prior to installation . They have experienced all types of situations. You will pay for any alicar work .

• He had to add a backboard because of the granite backsplash. He did a great job with the installation.

• When the Best Buy installers first arrived to install my over-the-range microwave, they told me that they are not allowed to drill into backsplash tile. At first, they thought this might be an issue in my home. However, it turned out that there was enough room to install it above the backsplash tile. It had never occurred to me that this might be a problem.
