• I think you have to return the microwave and re-order with installation

• I would definitely call . We opted for the installation and it was very efficient and professional and they hauled the old one away .

• Give Best Buy a call. I’m sure you will find out their policy. If you never installed before it saves you a lot of frustration to have it installed or hire a handyman!
