Yes it is easy to clean. We like oily beans too. The entire grinder part removes with a twist of a little handle inside. It has not clogged since we started using it.

From what I've read on other review sites, oily coffee beans will cause the machine to clog up. However, I don't know yet if this model is easy to clean. (I'm about to buy one!) (I don't use oily beans.)
