• Thank you for reaching out. The maximum temperature in Convection Bake mode is 425 °F (220 °C) .

• And, when setting it to 425, it only gets up to about 360, maybe 375.

• The convection oven only seems to go to 300 degrees. But there are other settings. This was confusing to me at first, but I did bake my chicken on Broiler-2 setting. I haven't done cookies, so I am not sure which setting I will us for doing that yet. I will still have to experiment.
