A:AnswerThe rotating glass plate takes up most of the length & width and it is 14” in diameter. Interior height is 8”. We have cooked frozen fries in the basket and it has a broiler type heating element at the top so I am confident it could do a frozen pizza. As far as ham goes? We still use our oven for stuff like that since we have a family of 5. We do like this unit, a bit pricey, but does a lot of different things. We didn’t plan on replacing anything with it except our microwave. One note, the top gets very hot in Air Fry mode so be sure to keep the top clutter free.
A:AnswerI'm not sure why the previous answer was given.
You ask if it's possible. The fast answer is YES it is!
DETAILS:
1) So far, to toast it works best with the BROILER function. The biggest trade-off is IF you want anything past "light golden brown" you run the risk of drying out a regular sliced piece of store bread, especially after you flip it turning it into a very large "cracker". My work around takes some experimenting. Toast one side first. Remove the bread slices from the "air fryer basket" -- this way you can toast four to six slices at a time which makes the fuss work worthwhile and a real time saver, especially if you have kids!! LIGHTLY butter or spread margarine on the UNTOASTED SIDE, pop it back into the oven, and watch carefully to prevent a possible burning of the toast. Once you have discovered what works best for you (the times) -- you're gold!! The broiler is either on or off, so the only possible adjustment is the time it takes. Experimentation is best.
2) THICKER slices are infinitely better!! Think "Texas Toast" or for the kids, two slices of toast in one. The above works very well to have toasted top and bottom with a soft hot center. BTW -- THIS works fantastically well if you want some fast FRENCH TOAST!!! And one other suggestion along that line Jen -- IF you can locate a yellow EGG BREAD called "Challah" an eastern European Jewish discovery and specialty -- get an unsliced loaf, cut one inch thick slices NOT overlooking the ends! Follow what I've suggested here soaking the slices in your raw egg mix of course! Oh, make sure that the raw eggs "drain" from the slices or some will drip through the mesh basket onto the enameled pan. Not to worry! It comes off easily even after four rounds of six slices each! INCREDIBLE!!
3) DON'T be afraid to experiment!! If you watch the machine while you experiment you are not likely to spoil any food even if you don't care for the results. I've got a teething grandchild that's absolutely NUTZ over the cooled French Toasted challah. It has to be his FAVORITE breakfast food, and no doubt he'd vanish it for lunch and dinner if we made it!
A:AnswerMetal cookware can only be used for Broil and Convection. You can use oven glassware & ceramic for Microwave mode. For Airfry mode you need to use the Airfry basket on wire rack on enamel tray.
A:AnswerThe oven must be placed on a flat, stable surface, which is more than 36 inches (91.6 cm) height from the ground. Place the front surface of the door 3 inches (7.6 cm) or more from the counter top edge to avoid accidental tipping of the microwave oven during normal use. For proper operation, the oven must have sufficient air flow. Allow 6 inches (15 cm) of space on the top of the oven, 4 inches (10 cm) at back and 2 inches (5 cm) on both sides. If one side of the oven is placed flush to a wall, the other side or top must not be blocked.
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out to us! The oven must be plugged into at least a 15 A or 20 A, 120 V, 60 Hz grounded outlet. Where a standard two-prong outlet is encountered, it is the personal responsibility and obligation of the consumer to have it replaced with a properly grounded three-prong outlet.
A:AnswerThank you for reaching out. Kindly take note that it is not possible to make the glass tray stop rotating, as it is also not recommended and it can indicate issues with the unit.
A:AnswerThere Is no way to set air fryer temps; however, having had a regular air fryer before this purchase, it never seemed I had to change the temperature much.

A:AnswerHello! It is recommended to hand wash the wire rack and air fryer basket, while the glass tray and roller ring should be fine in the dishwasher. -C
