This 13” x9” pan rotates on the turntable when perfectly centered. The pan has to have minimal trim around the top.

Most of the containers that we recommend are 9 inches, depending on the cooking menu you are choosing. If the pan is too big for the cavity, please do not remove the glass tray. You can take the glass turn table out and put something on the bottom then place the cake pan on it without using rotation

I tried using a glass 13 x 9 dish and it was too big. It would not rotate.
