“I want to place this microwave in a cabinet with a trim kit. Panasonic gives cabinet opening dimensions, not actual cabinet size. If this cabinet only has 1-1.5 inches on the side, but the required 6 inches on top, is this adequate venting?”

• I don't have 6 inches on top so i drilled holes in the cabinet above to vent. No trim kit.

• The unit can be installed in a cabinet only by using the compatible trim kit NN-TK81KC, which requires a cabinet that is 23 5⁄8” x 15 9⁄16” x 21”. -M
