Hello! Please take note that the unit is 13 33⁄64" , however we recommend allowing 6 inches of space on the top in order to ensure proper ventilation. -M

However, the users manual states: Allow 6 inches of space on the top of the oven. 4 inches at back and 2 inches on both sides. The heating element is at the top of the oven and it does get hot when used.
