“When using the convection oven feature with the metal tray I get uneven & burned results since the metal tray does not spin. Is there a tray available that will connect with the spin mechanism? Can I convection back with the glass tray - which does spin”

• When using Convection, the glass tray should be in position and must have the enamel tray placed on top. -M

• My guess from the manual is KEEP the glass tray inside oven. This way anything on top will spin. Convection instructions have various options with inserts.
