I am currently using a micro/conv combo sharp carosel. I am on my second one so they don't last more than 5 yrs. I was looking at this one and wonder if I can put this one in the cabinet space I am using now and not have it on my counter. null

Hi Maggie! The outside dimensions of the NN-CD87KS are the following: a width of 22 1⁄16”, a height of 13 33⁄64”, and a depth of 17 23⁄32”. 
For proper operation, the oven must have sufficient air flow. Allow 6 inches of space on the top of the oven, 4 inches at back, and 2 inches on both sides. If one side of the oven is placed flush to a wall, the other side or top must not be blocked. -G

It was just a tad too deep to fit in our cabinet so check the measurements. The knob in front made it too deep

If it is the same size as your last microwave i dont know why not. I really like this appliance.  But mine is on a counter so I'm not much help .
