“I had a Panasonic Dimension convection microwave oven that needs to be replaced. Does this have exposed heating elements at the top of the oven chamber as many do or are they behind the oven walls as my previous Panasonic model?”

• It is in the ceiling behind the wall. The ceiling is mostly perforated with small holes for the heat to come through. There is no heating element you could touch like in a toaster oven.

• The oven can be used as a conventional oven using the Convection mode which incorporates a heating element with a fan inside the unit.
