“When microwave is heating it frequently turns off to cool”

I haven’t had this issue. It cools after timer goes off.

Please be informed that if the oven overheats, a thermal safety device will turn the oven off, and the oven will remain inoperable until it has cooled. We recommend performing a basic power test by filling a microwave-safe measuring cup with 8 oz. of cold water, placing the cup in the microwave, and making sure the oven door is completely closed securely. Press the Quick 30 button and start. If the water is warm, the unit is working correctly. If the water is still cold, please have the microwave checked by an authorized service center. -C
