• Hello! The Quick 30 button can be used to add more time during manual cooking. It cannot be used with auto programs (such as Defrost, Sensor Reheat, Auto/Sensor Cook and Steam Clean). -M

• There is a button for adding 30 seconds to your cook time, I think 4 extra minutes is the limit. As for less, that would be opening the door. Just my experience so far, hope it helps.
