“Does this have an interior light that remains on while cooking AND when the door is opened?”

NO LIGHT

There is a light when cooking, but no light when the door is opened.

No it does not. If you stop cooking food in the dark, by turning on the light in the room your microwave will be in, you'll be able to see inside the microwave just fine. Lights are on more expensive models. *<[=O)}
