Yes the microwave interferes with WIFi. When the oven is on our Wi-Fi goes completely down, and returns once the oven is turned off. We are going to try a GE model that does not use inverter technology which has not received reports of interference.

Family-Size Microwave - Stainless Steel/silver, Model: NN-SN77HS I haven't seen any interference with WiFi, but it does interfere with Bluetooth being used in the same room. It disrupts my use of Bluetooth earbuds with my iphone, creating loud noise if I stand near the oven.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine does not interfere with WiFi and does not require it's own circuit. Mine shares a circuit with my kitchen clock. Also, have an electric water kettle and blender on the same circuit.
