Sorry, it was a Christmas gift for our daughters fsmily. She liked this one that she had before this one went out, so it must have been a good microwave. It's not light, so I would recommend another person help you.

I bought the Panasonic microwave over Xmas and had it installed in my cabinet.
My 25 year old son was able to pick up the box and bring it in the house since it had handles on both sides of the box. I had it installed in a cabinet, so had someone else carry and maneuver it in the spot.

Its not 'light' -- I think its about 43 lbs, so lifting it by yourself wouldn't be easy but it can be done if you're strong and on the taller side.
I'm 5'0" so I wouldn't try -- especially 1) just getting it out of the box would require strength, 2) size of the microwave -- its not small, so you have to be able to pick it up and carry it from the bottom and then 'lift' up to waist to shoulder height onto the counter; 3) having 2 people is definitely manageable
