I have not had that problem with mine. When I push the button it pops open.

Mine opens enough but I still have to open it all of the way manually. Not a big deal though. I think yours is normal in this respect.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I don't have such problem, door is supposed to open when button is pushed. What you described seems to be some sort of defect and you shall bring it back to the store for a replacement, that's if your product is still within warranty.
