• It uses a liquid concentrate. You can get it directly from Panasonic or I get mine from Amazon.

• Amazon has it sometimes. It has to be imported from Japan. It is very difficult to find. I returned the shaver partly because of this reason.

• Yes it does! I order it on Amazon! Comes in packets and doesn’t use very much! Does come with one packet in box which does last a while.
