QuestionDoes the shaver need to be oiled every time it is cleaned with soap? (They recommend cleaning after every use.) The instructions make it look like it does need to be oiled.

- Answer It doesn't say you have to, but after each cleaning with soap I do, which is about once every two weeks, since I shave both my head and face daily. I believe the oil increases the life of the blades, which I need to replace every 4-6 months. Happy shaving!

- Answer Hello! The charging indicator glows while the shaver is charging. The number of battery capacity lamps will increase as charging progresses. When charging is completed, all the battery capacity lamps and the charging indicator will glow and then turn off after 5 seconds. -C

QuestionHow necessary is it to oil the shaver I ran out of the supplied oil but I always use it wet and with shaving cream I'm also concerned about acne and using oil to lubcricate shaver any thoughts?

QuestionIs it hypoallergenic like some other panasonic models. Is the foil nickel free this is important not just to me but anyone with sensitive skin. I was at your store in willowgrove pa. Yesterday and almost bought one but the package made no mention of it .

- Answer Depending on how often and how much you use it, but it should last well beyond 3 years. When it dies, send it to Panasonic for repair, or get a new one.

- Answer This is the most current model. It has a slightly higher RPM motor and it is black rather than chrome. Other than that, very little difference. You likely would not be able to tell the difference when you shave.
