• Yes, it comes with a pouch and the station do both charging and cleaning, Note that for the cleaning you will need to buy additional cleaning solutions - one is provided with the unit and will last for about a month.

• Mine came with the carry pouch; which was pictured and described in the features. The base charges and cleans.

• There is a pouch with this particular model. It holds your shaver when traveling. And the charger system will also clean the razor. You have to add the cleaner pack that they supply in the package and then manually turn it on to clean.
