Is the pan ceramic coated or Teflon? null

Hi, your answer to above question was no, it isn't Teflon. But there was no response as to whether or not the pan is ceramic coated. Please clarify. Additionally, please identify if this unit is designed for sourdough fermentation. Thank you!
