• No which really sucks. The only reason I wanted this phone was for the answering machine and it doesn’t come with it.

• If your telephone company offers voicemail you can certainly access it through this phone, and you can probably access it through the Web as well. This particular model is not an answering machine, however, but I don’t think that’s what you’re asking.

Messages are recorded on the phone company system and not on the unit’s answering system.
