“I purchased these batteries with the charger in Oct., 25, 2016. Recently I have been experiencing difficulty in getting the batteries to hold a full charge for less than 24 hours. Thank you. May I return these to Best Buy for a full refund? Thanks,”

• I doubt that best buy would take these back but id suggest contracting the manufacturer
