• Mike, Yes these buttons access the so-called "speed dial" function. Look on pp. 34-35 of the User's Manual for instructions on how to program these buttons for 1-touch dialing.

• Yes just remove the clear plastic cover and you can take out the paper insert and write down the names that each button is programed for. Rick
