A:AnswerDear customer, thank you for your question. You can mute the call after you answer it. It's not a button on the handset but it will appear on the screen once you answer the call. You will see the feature instead of phonebook icon or the menu. You will just have to press the soft key button underneath. There are 2 soft key buttons on each handset. The ones they are under the screen on left and right.
