QuestionI have this phone system connected to a landline but I am getting static in each handset when I pick up the line even before dialing a number. Has this been an issue with these phones or could it be with my landline? There wasn't static on my old ones.

QuestionDo all the bases have cords to plug in? About how big is the primary base? I trying to replace an old ATT unit. Picture included.

- Answer All the bases need to be plugged into an electrical outlet. The bases needs electric and a phone jack. The primary base is small-maybe 4”x4” (I bought the set for my dad so I don’t have it here to measure). The other bases are just big enough for the phone to stand up in them.

- Answer Set up call forwarding on your cell phone to send your calls to your land line. It's not automatic - you need to set it up when you get home and cancel it when you go out if you want to switch back and forth between your phones.
