“Just got new landline phone model KX-TGD810 with answering machine and another base unit. How to charge the base unit ? It kept saying low battery and then it died. I replaced it with new batteries and now it is saying low battery again”

• Hello! The base unit and charging cradles need to be plugged in, only the handsets use rechargeable batteries HHR-4DPA. You charge the handsets by placing them in their cradles. -M
