Yes, you can mount all of them on the wall. I only mounted the main one on the wall, but the other two have slots on the back for mounting screw heads to slide in as shown in the attached photos.

The base unit has a wall hanger. The sub units just have two “slip over” type holes. You put two screws in the wall, properly spaced and it will mount.
