“Can I access a contact in the phone book by just putting in the letter of the last name and not scrolling down from "A" ?”

• From the center, push the left arrow and it will give you a * sign. Then push the letter of the name you want to call, and it will put you in that letter's section. Then you must scroll down. Faster than scrolling from the top!

• Hello! You can search by the first character. Press the dial key (0 to 9, or #) which contains the character you are searching for and then, scroll through phonebook if necessary. Hope this helps! -C
