“A friend has this phone and has her cell phone paired with it. She can not call my house phone. She can call a cell phone. Why can't she get through to my house phone number?”

• I'm not sure. I am not able to pair my cell phone with it. I would call Panasonic and ask them. I have called them several times and they were very helpful.

• It sounds like her number may be blocked. You will need to contact our tech support team via chat Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm est at shop.panasonic.com/contactus. They will need the model of your phone system to assist further. You may review your manual for Call Block.
