- Answer It is linked to your cell by bluetooth so you do not have to link if you are not interested in answering your cell on this phone.

- Answer Thank you for your question. There is a headset jack on the handsets, a 2,5 mm one compatible with Panasonic headsets. You can also use Bluetooth headphones that must support HPV profile.

- Answer I’m not sure. My last set of Panasonic phones did this a lot but so far, only once with this model. Possibly your provider’s issue?
