• Yes ! You can absolutely lower the ring volume on this phone. There are two ways to access it : While the telephone is ringing : 1.Press the down arrow while there is an incoming call. When the phone is idle : 1.Press MENU. 2.Press : #160. 3.Use the up or down arrows to choose your desired volume. 4.Press SAVE. 5.To exit press OFF. And for the second question, you can store up to 100 contacts. Hope this helped !
