• The safest thing to do is take it to your veterinarian and ask them if they think it's ok to use on your poodle.

• There is some noise but not real bad. But your poodle may feel otherwise.

• Hair in a dog's ears is too thick and coarse for this product. Use an Andis clipper instead.

• The motor does make a bit of noise. I suggest try it and if it does disturb your poodle then return it.
