This trimmer works well at cutting hair. It doesn't just pull the hair. It actually cuts the hairs cleanly! It is powered by a single AA battery. I am using a Duracell rechargeable battery and find that it works as well as an alkaline battery. The vacuum sucks hairs into the body of the trimmer so stray hairs don't fall all over the place. This makes clean up easy and controlled. just make sure to empty the filter compartment periodically. Included is a zippered soft travel and storage bag. ---SUMMARY--- This trimmer is an excellent value. It performs well and I am expecting many years of use. if you are concerned that it is not rechargeable don't be. An alkaline or rechargeable battery will provide several months of use, and having a user replaceable battery is actually a benefit. This is because the battery is easily replaceable and this trimmer will remain useful for as long as the blades can cut.

Of all the ones that I have tried regardless of the price The Panasonic is in my option the best on the market. Very durable easy handling - powerful and gets the job done. I have a big problem with hair growing in my ear in which makes me feel uncomfortable in life. But this trimmer has made me comfortable in performance &a removing the hair.

I picked this up recently and I’m very pleased on how well it works. My nose hair was out of control for a while now and I used to use the sideburn trimmer on my Braun to clean it up. This product make the job simple and neat. Also no pain.

Works really well for the price, has a little vaccum that cleans up as it trims your little nose hairs. Very easy to clean and use, no pain whatsoever. Takes only one battery.

Bought this as a replacement for my previous Panasonic Trimmer that lasted 15 years. This is the best trimmer of its type on the market, and Best Buy had the best price for it that I could find.

The trimmer is small and handy. It does a good job and is great on battery life. Easy to clean.

Getting old sucks. Hair grows from the worst places and the nose is one of the worst. This trima the nose hair gently and close without any pain.

I didn't go in the store necessarily looking for one of these but I did need one when I saw it and it looked like the best on the shelf for what I needed it for my nose and my ears. Since buying it has done a great job hasn't given me any problems runs well works well and I have no complaints. Great price for a good product

This is a great product to have. Not only it trims well, it's very safe, doesn't cause cuts and the vacuum works great so that i can focus on styling. The only worry is cleaning it as it has small and easy to fall down internal parts...getting used to it.

Definitely does the Job, affordable price nice and small only takes 1 AA battery and even comes with a small bag to store it.

Having purchase a few trimmers before. Some with little power, some messy, this is the best I've purchased. Powerful, the vacum aspiration is superb, easy to clean, good trimmer for the money.

The trimmer is compact and it is very easy to use.

Easy to use and works very well. The barrel that houses the blade does get warm after extended use, but not hot and doesn't effect performance. I was able to use this on my nostrils one after the other with no issue and no tugging or pain. Very easy to get all the hairs in my nose at whatever angle thanks to the top and side blades. This will help immensely and provide some much needed relief.

Seems to work great. It’s not too loud and seems to cut and not pull at the hair. Easy to clean as well

I chose this unit since it looked durable and it truly is. Great size and power...my old knit kept breaking and this one is first class. Love it this

Quickly removes hair in the nose, ears and even a few errant hairs on the face. Is quiet enough to do without waking up the kids, depending on the position of your bathroom. Cleanup was simple and the use of a AA instead of a proprietary battery was welcome. Good for travel with the case.

This is quite similar to a version I purchased at Sharper Image some years ago, but is a bit better in overall design. Appears to be constructed of materials that could handle a normal drop, but nothing severe. The blades are good to get the job totally done, and not very loud during use. Good grip in the hands, and has a small drawstring bag for storage in a drawer. Easy to recommend to family and friends, and I would buy this product again should the need ever arise.
