“Does the trimmer come fully charged out of the box? Also, how long are you supposed to charge the trimmer between use? The instructions say 20 hours for 110v and 15 hours for 120v but the box doesn't specify beyond that.”

Yes it comes fully charged. You do not want to overcharge it so I recommend not more than 2 hours in one time. Because that should’ve enough for using for about 4-5 times.
