This depends on a couple of factors (I mean, my answer is "yes" and "no"): 1) Panasonic generally in their DVD and blu ray players have excellent playback quality for audio; It's going to sound great in your stereo system or soundbar if you have one hooked up.. even your stock speakers for your TV. This unit is no exception and I know that the quality is great. 2) If you are looking for complete track info on your songs (I am an audiophile and like to see the kbps, track info, artist info etc etc) you are going to be disappointed like I am. Unless there is an update I am missing - this 4k blu ray player by Panasonic does not display this info. What you'll see is, an example might look like, "[Unknown] Artist - Track 1" and then give you how much time has elapsed, and how much time remains on the track. How long the entire compilation is. Pretty basic and dull. Lol. Quality though? Excellent.
